Working closely with our partners and existing training providers, the aim of Woodfuel East is to provide a range of training opportunities covering the whole woodfuel supply chain. If suitable “off the peg” training does not exist, please contact us.
IGNITE
IGNITE is the only fully accredited LANTRA recognised woodfuel supply chain course currently available. The 3-day intensive course is suitable for those wanting a detailed overview of the sector. Two courses were run in the East of England during 2008 and, subject to demand, further courses might be organised. Please contact us if you are interested. If you need help in setting up a business, producing a business plan, finance, marketing, employment, regulations, health & safety and IT then Business Link can help.
Business Link is a government-funded service designed to promote enterprise. All of the support is independent and impartial, and most services are provided free of charge. In the East of England, Business Link East delivers the Business Link service with funding provided by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA).
